I like that spare gas can- I can never find ones like that, do you remember where you got it?
it’s called the rotopax. come in 1 gallon and 2 gallon sizes. We have two 1 gallon pax depending on where we are going. No need to buy mounting hardware like we have on the Beemers. On our Alaska trip we ended up just laying them on the seat under our dry bag and strap them in with the rok straps. Works well. I might keep the mount on the top box of my Beemer for now but really all you need is a good seat. LOL We bought them from here

but you can get them almost anywhere or from rotopax online
Thanks! I had a cheap-o one from Wal—- along for a desolate ride thru Nevada- it leaked in my pannier, the gas melted another plastic container to the box liner- what a mess! Hope you two get good riding weather this weekend- trying to gather a few folks for a ride to St Helens- gonna be spectacular!
heading out today for an over nighter to the sunshine coast here in BC to check out a possible wedding venue. Rain has gone for now and we actually see sun! Should make for a great ride. Hope you get out too!
