Suzuki’s open-class adventure bike for the masses arrives late this fall.

Suzuki has released a little teaser video to announce the upcoming arrival of its new V-Strom 1000—16 seconds of Alps scenery. Not exactly revealing, but there are also photos of the bike, which looks very much like the one Suzuki told us as early as last October would be coming to the U.S. Now it’s official. The 2014 V-Strom 1000 will probably be shown at the inaugural AIM motorcycle show in Orlando this October, and V-Stroms are expected to start being available in Suzuki dealers not long after that. Suzuki says ABS and traction control will be standard equipment, and things like heated grips and seats will be options, along with other adventuresome accessories. What we don’t have yet is a price. Stay tuned.
