I just bought my 2013 f800gs from the Richmond bc dealer, great service. But I just did the exact same rim bend on my 1 month old bike in light dirt riding. Were you able to get the bent rim covered under warrantee? Seems like a common bmw whoopsie.Thanks

Hey Chris…you bought from Pacific Motosports right? That is our dealer too…Sheldon was our sales guy. And to answer your question…no to warranty claim for the bent rim. Mine was bent too much to really pound it back into shape. Excel replacement is the way I went. Expensive yes…but hopefully it will be tougher. It is a common issue with the OEM BMW rims.
