SEA TO SKY GONDOLA

Sept 21 2014

It was a beautiful morning and I decided to take my friend/colleague Sandi up to the new Sea to Sky Gondola near Squamish, BC and play local tourists for the day.  Hot September Day we drove not far from Vancouver to get to see this.  We are fortunate and I have said this before, to live in such a beautiful area.  Surrounded by mountains and sea.  Have a peek at what you all could see on the way to Whistler, BC-our home of the 2010 Winter Olympics.  Great day to get out.

  1. Nice views!

How are you enjoying your new Fiat 500L?

    1. How did you know? Fiat is FUN…but my A/C did not work yesterday…think they forgot to PDI it.

      1. The Fiat 500 range is a huge seller out here so you see them all the time… they are quite distinctive inside and out, no mistaking it for just another cookie cutter car!

      2. …sorry I was thinking it and forgot to write – it is lovely to see a big smile on your face again 🙂

  3. Good to see you out and about doing positive things!

  4. Absolutely gorgeous venue, scenery, and weather! And nice to see you smiling. I would never have guessed the car, although we are starting to see them here in the south.

  5. Wow what a spectacular view! I have never been up to Whistler, one day I will have to go and do the drive. I am not sure about the Gondola though, heights are really not one of my favourite things, but then again, maybe I should just throw caution to the wind and go for it. How long does it take to get to the top?

    1. this is before Whistler. Near Squamish. Takes about 10 mins..maybe less. It’s worth it and they run n the winter too.
