We love gear and as we ride more and more we tend to stick with what we think works. When it comes to boots, we wear Alpinestars Scouts and they have been great to us in all-weather. Having said that we are never close minded to new gear that comes out. I have been eye…
Still have NOT been on the bike long enough to form an honest opinion and will try to get a 500 KM trip in someday soon. This is what Janice did to my Renazco seat from my BMW 650GS. Trimmed the width by the nose and added a gel pad…Once I get some seat time…
You never know what you’ll see when at your dealer. This time I met Tom who rides a 1200GSA. He invented a lift to go into his customized 5th Wheel Hauler rig. Amazing! Tom got his invention made specifically for his rig initially for his Harley but decided he was a BMW man after learning…
Met this guy Tom and this is his custom hauler for his 5th wheeler and his BMW 1200. He invented his lift and had his whole truck custom built. More later! Impressive!
TT Version of Cheryl’s 2013 BMW F800GS….such a nice looking bike eh? But look at their prices especially for the crash bars upper and lower! I have an issue with TT using a clamp for the upper cage….anyone else?
Janice from Slim Signature Seats delivered my seat via her bicycle today via the pouring rain. More when I have the build pictures and my review of the new improved seat with gel insert. More to come…….
Thanks IVAN for this! Hysterical! If you can’t laugh at yourself than you are too serious! Enjoy!

Let the farkles begin…..only 2 days old and seems like an “OLD Friend”.
Not going to do a formal post but here is our second 2013 BMW F800GS to complete our garage. Pick up was yesterday, Oct. 13 2012 and while Cheryl’s bike was in for her first 1000KM service I got the pleasure of buying my bike this day in the pouring Vancouver rain.
I will leave it up to you…the readers to comment on this Alpinestars ad….would love to hear if this will sell gear to actually ride or just to look good? Should she be drinking a Latte at an Italian Starbucks or riding a bike? 😉 or do you prefer this?
